Episode 13: Snipe My Wolf
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Stop, Drop and Play. Stop, Drop and Play is an Irish podcast that focuses on the world of Video Games, Television and Movies, but also includes general discussion of a whole other range of topics. Each week you can expect to hear about all the latest news from all these areas, along with hilarious random discussions that border on being nonsensical. Audience participation is a vital aspect of this show for us, so please feel free to write in to us at @stopdropandplay on Twitter or email@example.com, with any comments or questions you have.
Howdy folks, it's that time of the week again where we present to you the podcast that 95% of you will find indecipherable due to our glorious Irish accents. This week should mark the end of our run of duos, as Damo takes his well earned break in Lanzarote. Myself and Brendan hopefully do a good job holding down the fort though, and here's a taster of what we chat about this week:
- Brendan just got back from his trip to America, so he chats about how he got on over there, what TV and games he checked out, some gadgets he messed around with and some other cool stuff.
- Holy crap the original Mass Effect is coming to the PS3, along with an awesome Mass Effect Trilogy set for the PC, 360 and PS3. While I've played all three games, Brendan hasn't played any of them so this gives him an opportunity to get into one of the best franchises of this generation. We chat a little about that and N7 day!
- Black Ops 2 Zombies news has invaded the internet today so we give our impressions on the latest in a growing list of reasons to buy Black Ops 2.
- Our main topic of the week (provided by Hypernova1024) is all about the Metal Gear Solid movie. We dissect IGNs picks for each character and in some cases agree, or provide our own alternative.
To finish the show off as always is Question Time, and this weeks questions come from: Flash1103, Patrix_Raider, Isaiasf,dude_1996.pl, sebasnowboards, 6oh3, coryinkz, sinfulsoxfan84, Mo-Cap-Mon, infamousABO and PixieHixie. Thank you so much to everyone who wrote in, it's very much appreciated
The running time is a bit longer than usual, at approximately 90 minutes (with explicit language used throughout) and we hope you have as much fun listening to the show as we did while recording it.
